TRANSPORT AGREEMENT

Thank you for choosing www.portablecarwaste.com for your purchase of our Car Waste Bins. To ensure that you have a clear understanding of our logistics process and import and export regulations, here is our complete shipping policy.

📦 1. Shipping Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
In case of peak orders, the processing time may be extended by 1 day.
Once shipped, we will send the logistics tracking number by email, and you can track the order status in real time.

  1. Shipping Time
    Domestic Shipping: Depending on the selected delivery method, the shipping time is usually 7 working days.
    Standard Delivery: 5 working days
    Expedited Delivery: 3 working days
    International Shipping: Shipping time depends on the destination, usually 12 working days.
    Please note that international orders may be delayed due to customs clearance.

All international orders are subject to import and export standards and regulations. Customers must ensure that the purchased goods comply with the laws and regulations of the country when placing an order. If the shipment is delayed or returned due to the product not meeting the import standards, the relevant costs will be borne by the customer.

If the return is caused by an incorrect address or no one to sign for it, the customer will be responsible for the secondary delivery fee;
Please check the goods within 48 hours after receiving the goods. If there is any damage or wrong delivery, please take a photo and contact us immediately for processing;
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, extreme weather or third-party delays, but we will assist you in timely tracking and processing.
