We want every www.portablecarwaste.com customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the car waste bin product you received, please refer to the return and exchange policy below to ensure your rights.
✅ 1. Return conditions
We support returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product meets the following conditions:
Keep unused, stain-free, and undamaged;
Come with original packaging (including inner bags, accessories, labels);
Provide order number or proof of purchase;
Non-clearance/final discount products (Final Sale does not support returns).
🔁 2. Exchange instructions
We currently only support the following exchange situations:
The product is damaged/deformed during transportation;
The wrong color or model is sent;
Functional problems confirmed by customer service.
If you want to change to a different color/style, please return it first and place a new order.
💰 3. Refund process
Once we receive the returned goods and accept them, we will refund the payment amount within 2 working days;
If you pay by credit card, the refund will be credited to your bank account within the settlement cycle (usually 5 working days);
If there are gifts, they must be returned together, and the unreturned part will be deducted from the refund.
🚚 4. Shipping instructions
Product quality problems or wrong delivery are borne by us
Active returns (such as personal dislike, size mismatch) are borne by the customer
Exchanges (caused by quality problems) are borne by us
Final Sale/discounted products do not support returns/refunds
Tip: Please use a shipping service with tracking function to return the product, we are not responsible for lost items.
📦 5. Return process guide
Send an email to [email protected], explain the reason for return/exchange, and provide the order number and photos (if damaged);
Customer service will reply and confirm the return address within 2 working days;
Send the goods back as instructed;
We will complete the refund or exchange after receiving and inspecting the goods.
⚠️ VI. Situations where returns are not accepted
Exceeding the 30-day return period;
The product has obvious signs of use, odor, or stains;
Missing the original packaging or accessories;
Products purchased from unauthorized sales platforms (such as non-official websites, unauthorized stores).
